I’m a media host, speaker, and researcher focused on human connection and belonging.
My work explores a simple question:Â What helps people feel more alive, connected, and like themselves in everyday life?
You’ll see that question show up in everything I do from cornhole commentary and reality-style shows to books, conversations, and live experiences.
Because connection isn’t just for big moments.
It’s built in small, everyday ones.
I didn’t start in media or sports.
I started by studying people.
My doctorate in psychology focused on social connectedness: How relationships, community, and belonging shape our well-being.
Over time, I realized something:
People don’t just want information.
They want to feel seen, understood, and connected.
Cornhole, media, and storytelling became unexpected but powerful spaces to explore that.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of play, identity, and human connection.
