Groceries: Grab your snacks & drinks from nearby grocery stores. Sprouts is 10 min away.

Parking: Parking is available in front of the main house, in the first set of upper garages to the left of the main house (you must go through the garage side door to open garage doors but please do not lock this door, as you will not be able to get back in), behind the rear of the carriage house or in front of the tennis facility.

• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM
• Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the houses/tennis facility. If you choose to smoke outside, please ensure that cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly.  
• Pets are permitted with pre-approval upon booking.  If found to have a pet without pre-approval, you will be charged a pet fee of $250/pet.  Please try to limit your pets from getting on household furniture/beds. Guests are required to clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste properly. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
• Events are permitted with pre-approval upon booking.  There is an event fee for any large group of outside guests gathering on the premises.
• Please treat the property respectfully and responsibly.
• Please do a thorough walk-through of the property upon arrival and report any major issues immediately to your host.  Any damages after this initial walkthrough are subject to a damage fee.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their group.  Realty Rhythm, LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
• Guests using the tennis or workout facilities do so at their own risk. Please exercise caution and use the equipment responsibly.
• Be advised that the property features two ponds.  These ponds are not fenced and may present a safety risk, particularly to children.  For the safety of all occupants and visitors, we strongly encourage constant adult supervision for children when they are outdoors near the ponds. The guest assumes full responsibility for ensuring that children and guests exercise caution around the water at all times.  By booking your stay, the guest acknowledges the presence of these ponds and agrees to take necessary precautions to prevent accidents.
• Please be aware that the property grounds are home to geese, which are a natural part of the local environment. While they can be interesting to observe, it’s important to follow these safety guidelines:
• Maintain Distance: Avoid approaching or attempting to feed the geese. They can be protective, especially during nesting or if goslings are present.
• Be Cautious with Pets: If you have pets with you, please keep them on a leash and away from the geese to prevent any incidents.
• Watch Your Step: Geese may leave droppings on the property, so please be mindful when walking outdoors.

• Find the Sony projector remote and turn the projector on.  This must be on HDMI1.
• Find the Denon remote and turn the Denon receiver on. 
• Find the Oppo Blu-ray Player remote and turn the Blu-ray Player on.
• To watch a Blu-Ray/DVD, press the "Blu-ray" button on the Denon remote.
• The Oppo Blu-ray Player is also capable of using the Netflix/Vudu apps if desired.

• Our kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances and a variety of cookware, dishes, and utensils to make your cooking and dining experience convenient and enjoyable.  We kindly ask that you wash and clean them before your departure. (This includes our other smaller kitchen areas as well)  Upon departure, please start a load of dishes in the dishwasher if things are left used at last minute. Thank you for helping us keep the space tidy for the next guest!
• If you choose to move any furniture or items around, please ensure they are returned to their original locations after use.
• When using the grills located in the pool area, please ensure they are turned off, cleaned, and returned to their original locations after use.
• Please be sure to remove any pool toys from the water before your departure.
• When utilizing the tennis and workout facility, please be responsible and respectful during use.  Please return any equipment or accessories, such as tennis balls, racks, basketballs, etc. to their original places.
• Please gather all trash from all locations and rooms around the property and dispose of it in the dumpster located behind the upper garages.
• Please strip the sheets/pillowcases from all used beds and place them in a pile in the corner of the bedroom. You may leave any mattress protectors, shams or comforters on the bed.
• Please place all used towels in the floor of the bathroom or shower/tubs.
