How coaching works

You will receive training videos, exercises, and assignments based on your needs. As you work through the various tools you have unlimited access to Dr. Meesh. When something comes up, a question, stressful moment, a decision you’re stuck on, or a mental spiral, you can send a text or voice message and receive perspective and guidance to help you reset and move forward. You will receive a response within 24-hours during business hours. You are never alone in your journey to stop overthinking.
